Dann is as a visual artist, art director, game designer and developer. From 2015-2019 Dann was the Creative Director at Starling Games. During that time he was the product designer and creative lead on games including Everdell and its expansions, Black Orchestra, A War of Whispers, Storm Hollow, Anomaly and Planetarium; and co-created PolyHero Dice. In 2020, Dann returned to freelance work as part of Quillsilver Studio, where he has continued to illustrate, art direct, design and develop games for a range of publishers.
